I don't have an invite key. What do I do?

Great question! Your retail parter is responsible for sending you an email through Mothership inviting you to connect with them on the platform. This email contains an invite key and is the what Mothership uses to connect the two stores. An example of an invite email is displayed in the image below.

If you did not receive an invite email, first check your spam folder. If it's not there, the next step is to contact your retail partner to ensure that they sent the email and it was sent to the correct address. If after a few minutes the email has not arrived, please contact support and we'll get you connected.
