How do I make changes to a product in Mothership?

Mothership treats the product listing in your ecommerce platform as the source of truth for product data. Accordingly, if you need to make a change to a product in Mothership, you should update the product listing in your ecommerce platform first. Mothership will pull in the changes automatically and update the product listing in Mothership.

How do I update inventory?

Like product data, inventory is updated automatically in the background. The inventory data in Mothership should closely track the inventory counts in your ecommerce platform. Whenever an inventory count changes, we'll automatically push that change to your retail partners.

How often is product data synchronized?

Mothership synchronizes product data once per minute. However, you can trigger a synchronization for all of your products by clicking the Synch Products button at the top of the product index page in the Mothership Vendor Portal.

Alternatively, you can synchronize a single product by clicking the sync button at the top of the edit product page.
